By using the Urban Biome Dashboard application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Use of Service

The Service allows you to view and analyse urban biome metrics across Bristol's Lower Super Output Areas (LSOAs).

Acceptable Use

• Do not attempt to abuse, spam, or overload the Service
• Do not misuse any data accessed through the Service

Data Accuracy

Metrics shown on the dashboard are derived from multiple data sources. While we strive to maintain quality, we cannot guarantee the absolute accuracy of all data points. Use the information at your own discretion.

Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Urban Biome Ltd shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service.
